COVID 19

From today, October 21, Georgian citizens returning from abroad will be subject to self-isolation instead of mandatory quarantine in case of a negative PCR test. The decision was made on October 20 by the Interagency Coordination Council.

Testing should be performed within the last 72 hours. If the citizens of Georgia do not have the answer to the test, they will be placed in the quarantine space again.

After the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, a 14-day quarantine was mandatory for citizens returning to Georgia from abroad. At the next stage, this period was reduced to 12 days. An 8-day quarantine is currently mandatory.
