<p><b>Mandatory Fees and Taxes</b> <br /><p>You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:</p> <ul><li>Deposit: EUR 800.0 per stay</li><li>A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.30 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age. </li><li>Cleaning fee: EUR 60.0 per room, per stay</li></ul> <p>We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book. </p> A mandatory check-in fee applies to all arrivals after 7 PM. The fee is EUR 30 until 9 PM, EUR 50 from 9 PM until 11 PM, EUR 80 from 11 PM until 1 AM, and EUR 100 after 1 AM. Fees are payable in cash at check-in.
